Payment MUST be received in the Business Office by the due date of the tuition and fee charges, whether or not you receive a paper bill or e-mail notification. It is your responsibility to pay or make a payment arrangement by your due date.

Specific due date information for tuition and fee charges can be found on eSTORM, under Finances in your Student Center. Your due dates may vary; however, payment is due by your specific due dates.

If your tuition is to be paid by a third party, an authorization form/letter must be turned in by your due date at the Business Office. 

If your financial aid has not been completed by your due date, you must pay in full or make a down payment on a Tuition Payment Plan. See Tuition and Fee Payment for Financial Aid Recipients.

Billing/collection procedures are subject to change without notice. Any payments owed the college (outstanding tuition, fines or assessments) must be paid in order to release grades or transcripts. Outstanding balances also may prohibit future registrations. Students may be withdrawn administratively from semester classes for any semester's unpaid tuition and fees. Students who are dropped from a class for nonpayment will be responsible for payment of 10 percent of the tuition amount.

E-bill Notifications 

E-bill (email) notifications are sent monthly approximately two weeks before the semester due dates specified in the Payment Due Dates. Additional e-bill notifications are sent monthly during the semester for new charges and payment plan installments.

E-bill notifications will be sent to your official SWIC email account.
