  1. Submit a New Student Information Form.  
  2. Participate in new student orientation online or in person.  
  3. Set up your eSTORM and SWIC email accounts.  
  4. Apply for financial aid, and apply for SWIC scholarships.  
  5. Send high school and/or college transcripts to Enrollment Services, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Belleville, IL 62221.
  6. Schedule an assessment, and see a counselor.  
  7. Show photo ID and proof of residency at Enrollment Services. Find out more about residency.  
  8. Register for classes.  
  9. Make payment arrangements.  
  10. Purchase or rent your textbooks. Show SWIC student ID card if using financial aid.
