Construction

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Certified  

  • Design by Ittner Architects  Construction by Holland Construction Services 
  • LEED construction will focus on green building materials, energy efficiency and reduction of environmental impact 
  • Use of recycled steel and other recycled materials will reduce the amount of natural resources needed and waste materials in landfills 
  • White roof will reflect heat energy making the building cooler and thereby reducing the cooling energy cost 
  • Rain gardens between parking areas will recharge local groundwater by slowing water runoff
