Solid Career Opportunities ​

Job opportunities are expected to grow 15 percent by 2024 for well-trained, reliable medical billers and coders. Starting salaries are about $25,320 annually.

National Certification 

When you graduate you will be eligible to take the American Academy of Professional Coders certification or Certified Coding Associate exam. Though certification is not required by the state, many employers do require it.
