Click "Tools" then "Options..."

The following options window should appear.

Click the "Privacy" tab and be sure that "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third-party cookies" are selected.

Next time you connect a cookie should be stored on your system, however the browser may need to be restarted for this to work correctly.
