Click "Tools"  - "Internet Options..." on the menu bar.

The following Internet Options box will appear:

Click the "Security" tab.

Click the "Custom Level..." button.

Scroll down in the "Security Settings" box and select "Enable" or "Prompt" on the cookies options.

Next time you connect a cookie should be stored on your system, however the browser may need to be restarted for this to work correctly.
