Our Instructional Technology Staff is available to assist students and faculty with e-Learning courses at Southwestern. They will help with technical questions that students may have about WebCT.

The Faculty Technology Center encourages and supports the use of appropriate technology to enhance teaching and learning. The resources, services, and programs provided through the center facilitate the responsible use of technology and encourage faculty interaction and professional development. Some of the specific services provided include:
- Providing technical support to faculty in offices and in the Faculty Technology Center
- Offering year-round group and individualized technical and instructional training
- Assisting faculty to develop and maintain a web presence to support their teaching
- Identifying new technologies to support instruction
- Maintaining a collection of online resources related to teaching with technology
- Helping faculty with course design to improve learning
- Preparing faculty to teach online, hybrid, or Web-enhanced courses
- Providing professional development activities
- Scheduling individual teaching consultations
