  • Chapter 30, 32-DD Form 214 and Kicker Contracts
    This benefit is for those veterans who served on active duty after June 30, 1985 (Category I), those who had remaining entitlement under the Vietnam Era GI Bill (Category II), and those who switched from VEAP before being involuntarily separated after Feb. 2, 1991 (Category III).Chapter 33-DD Form 214 and Certificate of Eligibility
  • Chapter 33 TOE-DOD Certificate of Eligibility and VA Certificate of Eligibility
     The Post-9/11 GI Bill is for individuals with at least 90 days of aggregate service on or after Sept. 11, 2001, or individuals discharged with a service-connected disability after 30 days. You must have received an honorable discharge to be eligible for the Post-9/11 GI Bill
  • Chapter 1606-DD Form 2384 (Notice of Basic Eligibility), DD Form(s) 214, Kicker Contracts
    This benefit is for those currently serving in the Selected Reserves.
  • Chapter 1607-Same as 1606 and copy of orders
    This benefit is for Guard/Reservist and Coast Guard who served on active duty on or after Sept. 11, 2001 under title 10 U.S. Code (Reserves), section 502(f) (National Guard) or title 32 U.S.C. (Coast Guard) for a contingency operation and who served at least 90 consecutive days or more. DOD will determine eligibility.
  • Chapter 35-Sponsor's VA number, birth certificates for children, marriage certificate for spouse

Verification of Enrollment

All students who are receiving either the Active Duty or Selected Reserve Montgomery GI Bill must verify their enrollments monthly to receive payments.
