Health Information Technology application

Applications for Fall 2009 admission into the Health Information Technology program are available from September 1, 2008 and April 1, 2009. There are no waiting lists. If not admitted, interested applicants must reapply the following September - April application cycle. Applications are available at the Admissions office or can be downloaded from the SWIC website http://www.swic.edu/admissions/apply/ during the application period noted above.
