Mondays, 2 - 4 p.m.

Pronounced "we", this home video game is a fun way to get together with your friends and play baseball, golf, bowling, etc. by using a hand-held remote and television screen. You'll get a little stretching exercise and a lot of fun when playing. After a little practice, you'll even be able to impress your kids and grandkids with your knowledge when they talk about their Wii! Have you seen the line dancers out on the dance floor and wished you could join them but didn't know how? Here is your chance to learn the basic steps and have a great time doing it. Mondays, 10:30 a.m. - noon

We might not turn you into Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire, but we might make you feel like it! Come try some new and old partner dances. If you have been dancing together for years, come get reacquainted with the basic skills to get you moving with confidence. The cost is $36 per couple for a six-week session. Class begins Monday, Sept. 14 and runs through Oct. 19. When we are all finished we could be "Dancing with the Stars!" We are starting a new Friday craft group. We will have supplies and instructions; we just need some willing hands to craft with us. We will make a variety of crafts together. When we have quite a few items collected, we will have a sale table before an event. All proceeds from craft sales will help Activities keep these programs going. This is a very special Dine Around. We will meet at 4:30 p.m. at Big Daddy's to enjoy their half-off appetizer menu. Then, if you would like to, we will join the rest of the divas for Diva Night in Belleville. It's a fun evening where you go to different participating shops and get your passport stamped for prizes and giveaways. There will also be a scavenger hunt for various architecture and landmarks in downtown Belleville. Afterward, we all meet back at Big Daddy's to find out who the winners are. Don't wish to walk around with us? That's ok, stay and enjoy dinner with us, and if you want to, stick around and see who the winners are. Call and let us know you are coming.

Next get up-close and personal on a tour of the only tiger sanctuary in the Midwest followed by a tasting at Crown Valley Winery. Cost is $99 per person. Back by popular demand! We have two busses on hold and some of the best seats in the house for the annual Christmas afternoon concert. We start off the trip with brunch at Lumiere Casino. Back to Top Travel & Activities Reservation/Cancellation Policy Changes

We are making some changes to provide everyone with a fair opportunity to sign up for trips, avoid empty seats and keep trips affordable.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2014 - To make a reservation for a day trip, dial the extension listed with the trip description. The recording will ask you to give your name and phone number, the date and name of the trip, and the names of people you are making reservations for. You will then be given seven working days to complete the registration form in the PSOP newsletter and mail it or bring it to the Activities & Travel office along with your payment. Any payment not received within seven days will result in your reservation being cancelled.

If a cancellation is received seven days or more before the trip, then a full refund will be given. If a cancellation is received seven days or less to the start of the trip, and a replacement is found, then a full refund less a $5 processing fee will be given. If no replacement is found, no refund will be given. Special cancellation policies may apply if the trip involves the purchase of non-refundable tickets.
