Five Things I Learned in my Social Media Marketing Certificate Course

I have had a very eclectic career. For the past twenty years I have worked as a software trainer, instructional designer, training coordinator, web page developer, technical writer, and very recently social media marketer. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and took graduate classes in Technology and Workforce Development. This means I am only formally trained in three of the six positions I have held.
