About the Speakers Bureau

Southwestern Illinois College is proud to present the Speakers Bureau as a service to the community.

We offer presentations more than 200 topics. Our speakers are individuals at SWIC, current and retired, who have agreed to give these FREE presentations to elementary and secondary schools; parent-teacher, civic and professional organizations; and community groups within SWIC's service area. The presenters are among those who have worked endlessly to maintain the quality and excellence for which SWIC is known. We are confident that you will find the presentations insightful and entertaining.

Is your city in SWIC's service area? Find out.

All speaking engagements are by appointment only. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but not all speakers and topics may be available on the day or at the time you request. Presentations will be scheduled based on the availability of the individual presenters. Please note that you may not charge an admission fee for any speakers you may schedule through this website.

Arrangements may be made to hold your organization's Speakers Bureau presentation at your meeting place or at any Southwestern Illinois College campus, including the William and Florence Schmidt Art Center or the Programs and Services for Older Persons (PSOP) site with a tour of the facilities. Food service is available at the Belleville Campus. We ask you to indicate your interest for a tour and food service upon requesting a presenter.

To book a speaker, click on our request form, call 618-222-5490 or e-mail speakersbureau@swic.edu. The Speakers Bureau office is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Our faculty and staff look forward to meeting you this year!

Sincerely,
