The Adult Education department offers FREE GED test preparation classes at its Belleville, Granite City and Red Bud campuses and at many extension sites. These classes prepare students for the GED, a high school equivalency examination, which is administered by the GED Testing Service.

Classes start monthly and usually last four or eight weeks. Day and evening classes are available.
Pre-registration is required to enroll at the Belleville, Granite City and East St. Louis campuses.
