Location: On-Site at Decked Out Factory – Nashville IL Position: CNC + CAD Operator / Customer Success Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, No Weekends!)

The Decked Out Factory is a fast-growing, custom CNC and design shop producing fun and exciting products—from cooler tops to truck steps and beyond. We’re looking for a skilled CAD Designer + CNC Operator to join our team. You’ll work directly with customers, create designs, operate CNCs, and help bring orders to life from start to finish!
Key Responsibilities
Design + Drafting
● Create and prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and schematics
● Draft our 2.5D EVA foam layouts and custom designs for production
● Revise drawings based on team/client feedback
● Maintain version control and organization of design files
CNC + Shop Production
● Operate CNC machinery using our two software platforms (If no experience, its okay we can teach! )
● Set up materials and oversee machine maintenance
● Ensure precision and quality in final product output
E-Commerce + Fulfillment
● Run and track orders via Shopify
● Assist with product prep, packing, and shipping
● Maintain clean, organized production flow with teammates
● Help take videos & photos in our warehouse for our social media growth
Customer Collaboration
● Work with customers to finalize custom design details
● Communicate updates or changes clearly and professionally
Creative Support (Bonus)
● Help create behind-the-scenes videos or product content
● Assist with social media
● Assist with Shopify product creation and concepts
What We’re Looking For
● Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, similar)
● Technical and computer-savvy with a willingness & wanting to learn new things!
● Great communicator with a positive, uplifting attitude – great team player!
● Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
● Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
● Must like dogs – we have two that run the warehouse!
● Willing to learn, adapt, and grow
Work Schedule & Perks
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00 ( could vary during busy/holiday season! )
