Job Description

The Director will be responsible for two major functions
1. Compliance of all standards pertaining to The Center to include, but not limited to, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, Madison County Health Department, Illinois Secretary of State and the Illinois State Fire Marshall.
2. Day-to-day operations of the center to include, but not limited to, the following:
Liaison to the Daycare Board of Directors, Oversight of Personnel, Parent Coordinator, Budget, Liaison to Brightpoint (Children’s Home and Aid) and INCCRRA (Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agency),
