Precision is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst.

The Helpdesk Analyst is a Tier 1 position dedicated to efficient handling of incoming IT related client support issues via e-mail and phone calls in a fast-paced work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer oriented, positive attitude who is looking to further their career in the growing field of Healthcare IT.

Required Skills

The desired candidate will have knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, MacOS, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Mobile devices (Android, iOS), basic networking (WIFI/LAN), PC/laptop hardware and troubleshooting. The Helpdesk Analyst must have the following skills: the ability and desire to provide excellent customer service, excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects efficiently and excellent problem-solving ability. The candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and be able to work independently. This position will require participation in a monthly on-call rotation. Candidate must be willing to travel to client sites on an as needed basis within the metro region including Precision’s physical office in Illinois.

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of prior help desk experience. Candidate must be a self-starter with the technical knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix general PC issues and possess drive, determination, and desire to learn the IT business from the ground up.
