A senior living community is accepting applications for a hospitality-minded full-time in-house HVAC Technician Certified for a rewarding experience working with seniors.

The HVAC Technician must have the skill and knowledge to deal with basic HVAC systems and equipment. Additionally, this position requires a good mechanical aptitude and a broad range of skills and knowledge to address a variety of “handyman” maintenance issues that arise including household appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
