–Complete line verification at start-up
–Complete quality checks at specified frequencies including but not limited to weight, temperature, size, packaging, labels, lot codes, etc.
–Work with production to ensure Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory requirements are followed and met.
–Complete product testing for water activity, pH, brix, viscosity, texture, appearance, flavor and color.

–Must be detail oriented, have good time management and record keeping skills

–1st shift position (times may vary) | 7am-3:30 (times may vary)
–Pay/Wages | $18 – $20 hour depending on experience
