If you cannot resolve your issue using the step-by-step instructions in the Help menu or through firstname.lastname@example.org, live eSTORM Help is available Monday-Wednesday from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m., Thursday from 4 a.m. – 10 p.m., Friday from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m., and Saturday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. by calling 618-222-SWIC (7942) (Limited email support is available on Sunday).
NOTE: Please have your student ID or employee login number ready before calling. If an eSTORM Help representative is busy helping another client, leave your name, student ID or employee login number, and phone number. Your call should be returned within the hour, depending on call volume. At the latest your call will be returned the next business day.
Note that eSTORM Help at 618-222-SWIC is limited to estorm.swic.edu services. Technical questions and issues outside estorm.swic.edu cannot be addressed. Any SWIC-related needs that are outside eSTORM Help will be forwarded to the appropriate SWIC representative who will contact you the next business day.
