Education to Careers is a program specifically designed for at-risk youth in St. Clair and Madison County, Illinois being schooled in Alternative Education programs between the ages 16-24, or grades 8-12 in pursuit of a High School Diploma.

 The program provides students with an opportunity to learn vital skills that aid in career development and self-mastery. Ms. Pittman provides schools and communities support by holding workshops that are in alignment with SWIC’s suggested curriculum for Soft Skills, and enhances the nature of content based on the needs of each school population.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will not only have an enhanced perception of themselves and their communities, but will be empowered to live productively throughout adulthood.
