Classes Open to All

Military personnel and civilians are able to take classes at Scott Air Force Base. In addition to classes, students can register, drop/add courses, use the state-of-the-art computer lab, submit veterans assistance paperwork and submit military tuition assistance. We make it that easy!

    Courses taken through SWIC will count toward your CCAF degree and transfer to other institutions.
  • Home to a National Testing Center
    Get college credit for what you already know—Take the CLEP and DSST exams on base.

Online Courses

Staff can register you for SWIC online courses. In an online course, you can complete your coursework and communicate with instructors from the comfort of your home or anyplace you have Internet access.

Getting Here

The Scott Air Force Base main gate and Visitor Control Center are located on Seibert Road, off Air Mobility Drive/Route 158. Once on Base, the SWIC office can be reached by turning off Scott Drive onto West Martin Street. For driving directions from a specific location, use Google Maps.
