The Custodial Supervisor oversees daily custodial operations, ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position is responsible for scheduling, training, and supervising custodial staff while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The supervisor manages cleaning supply inventories, coordinates major cleaning projects, and ensures compliance with safety procedures. They also handle general facility maintenance, perform regular inspections, and assist during building emergencies. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with vendors for repairs, equipment maintenance, and facility inspections. The position requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

1. Four years of experience in custodial services required.

2. Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

3. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment and supplies is required.

4. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment with a diverse group of people.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects and see them through to completion.

Hours | 9:30 am – 5:30 pm

Pay/Wages | $20.00 – $23.00
