We are looking for a customer service-oriented professional to provide web-based municipal accounting/utility billing software technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrating, training, installing, and support of our software to various clients – remote and at client site
• Assisting clients with accounting and utility billing needs, i.e. Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Audits.
• Taking support calls as needed
