Want a stable weekday job and a career path in property management? We’re hiring an Entry-Level Leasing Agent — no experience required. We’ll train you, and a leasing license is a plus (we can sponsor the right candidate to obtain one if needed)

Schedule | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do (We Train You)

• Show available rentals (local travel required)
• Answer questions from tenants/applicants by phone, email, and text
• Market properties (post/update listings, basic photos/updates)
• Process applications and help keep paperwork organized
• Assist with inspections, move-ins, and property visits
• Help with collection follow-ups and documentation (no legal filings)

What We Need From You

• 18+
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a smartphone/computer and communicating with people
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn

Pay & Benefits

• Pay $15-16/hr
• Mileage reimbursement
• 6 paid holidays
• 40 hours PTO per year
