• Location: Pontoon Beach, IL | On Bus Line
• Shift: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift – 7a – 3:30 PM (Attendance is taken very seriously must be on time or you won’t start)
• Compensation: $15/hr. (Employees who work 40 hours per week may qualify for an attendance/performance bonus)

Responsibilities of Production Associates
• Assemble, package, label, and inspect products on the production line
• Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure customer standards are met
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
• Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned

Requirements of Production Associates:
• Previous assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn
