Walk to End Alzheimer’s

• Event: Walk to End Alzheimer’s® – Belleville

• Volunteer Shifts: Flexible between 6:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help create a meaningful and successful experience for participants at the Walk to End Alzheimer’s® – Belleville. This is a great opportunity for college students, high school students, community groups, and service-minded individuals looking to make a difference while earning volunteer service hours.

Volunteers can choose the role and shift that best fits their interests and availability.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Event set-up and tear-down
• Participant registration and check-in
• Water station support
• Promise Garden support
• Cheer squad and course encouragement
• General event support
• Assisting participants, teams, and guests
• Other event-day duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Friendly and reliable
• Comfortable interacting with the public
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• No previous experience required
• Some volunteer roles require the ability to lift 30 lbs
Volunteers of all ages are welcome (youth volunteers may require adult supervision depending on age)
