Program Overview
The Youth Empowerment Support Services Program is a mentoring and empowerment program that helps individuals aged 16 years – 24 years with obtaining:
- A High School Diploma
- Job readiness skills
- Job placement
- One-on-one career and educational coaching
- Transitional assistance into post-secondary education, vocational training, or the military

Eligibility for Youth Empowerment Support Services Program
The Y.E.S.S. Program serves those who are 16 years – 24 years of age, who are not attending school, and who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Did not graduate high school
- Parenting or pregnant
- Subject to the juvenile justice system
- Subject to the adult justice system
- Homeless, runaway, or in the foster-care system
- An individual with a disability
