Availability

SWIC facilities are available outside operating hours. Availability is subject to change as our courses take precedent over any and all community rentals.

Rental Spaces & Capacity

• General Classrooms:
  – Accommodates up to 35 guests, depending on the specific room
  – Desktop setup, projector/ smart screen, moveable seating
• Theatre(s):
  – Main Complex Theatre (Capacity 188)
  – Liberal Arts Theatre (Capacity 91)
  – Stage, lighting, Desktop, AV setup, audience seating 
• Lecture Halls:
  – Multiple Lecture Halls varying from a capacity of 90 – 103
  – Desktop, AV setup, audience seating 
• Conference Rooms
  – Meeting space for up to 15 people. Availability subject to internal agenda
• Athletic Spaces
  – Includes Main Gym, SWJCC Gyms, Sport Fields. Availability dependent on Athletic Schedule

Fees

• Fees vary depending on space category and additional needs
• Additional needs include 
• Non-Profit status can lower rates if able to provide an IRS Tax Statement 

Included Accommodations

• AV equipment: 7’ x 12’ projection screen, podium, microphone
• Use of additional tables and chairs (Up to 10 additional sets without charge)
• Table and chair set up and break down
• On-campus public safety officers
• 24/7 Tech assistance by our Help Desk

Consideration of Facilities

• Each group or person(s) requesting a rental space will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide an insurance verification letter

Additional Guidelines

• Children must be supervised at all times
• Only service animals are permitted on campus without special exception

Merchandise & Ticket Sales

• Clients are responsible for sales tax on merchandise
• The sale of tickets negates any and all discounts including Non-Profit status
