Thirst Missions | A Christian organization that leads short‑term mission trips to Alaska, Appalachia, Nashville, and New Orleans, providing fully organized, private group trips focused on ministry, service, and partnerships with local churches.

These are amazing opportunities for young leaders to gain hands-on experience in leadership, service, cooking, and ministry while serving alongside groups on mission. Staff can build meaningful relationships, grow in their faith, and experience travel and recreation in amazing locations, all while helping others make an eternal difference.

We’re looking for independent, dependable people with strong faith and integrity who enjoy working with others. Applicants should be adaptable, ready to take initiative, and prepared for the physical demands of active ministry days. This is meaningful, demanding work for people ready to work hard, serve wholeheartedly, and put others first.

Lodging, meals, training, and on-site transportation are provided during assignments. Travel to and from the assigned location is not included.
