Adult Education Transition Program

The Adult Education Transition Program assists and supports students as they answer the question, “What’s next?” Navigating all the possible answers can be overwhelming and confusing. Our Adult Transition Services Coordinators assist in ALL aspects of what it takes to answer this question!

When a student completes GED, ESL, or Vocational Classes support from the Adult Education and Literacy Department does not end.
Transition Coordinators will work with current or previous Adult Education and literacy students.
