Salary Range: $18.00 – $25.00 Hourly
CTI’s Audio-Visual Associate Integration Technician Program is a competency-based program that provides comprehensive paid training with travel opportunities and free access to industry certifications. Through this program, Associates will earn a certificate that never expires, which is recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor.
You will…
• Gain hands-on experience in Audio Visual installations, engineering, programming, and more
• Receive comprehensive training: participate in over 280 hours of related training instruction, covering CTI processes, industry standards, and certifications from AVIXA, Crestron, Q-SYS, Audinate, and more
• Travel opportunities: work on diverse Audio-Visual projects across the country, gaining experience and enhancing your skills
• Work 40 hours a week with our Audio-Visual professionals
• Free Access to Industry Certifications: Obtain valuable certifications at no cost, boosting your professional credentials
• Earn Competency-Based Raise: Receive at least one raise as you progress through the training program, rewarding your growth and mastery of skills
Basic Qualifications:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Education: Have a High School Diploma or G.E.D; consideration for graduates of quality pre-apprenticeship programs
• Have a Valid Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record per Company Policy.
• Must be able to reliably travel to a CTI office, customer locations, and job sites; dependable transportation is required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Physically able to walk long distances; stand for extended periods; bend, squat, turn, reach, crawl, climb ladders; work at high elevations and in tight spaces; and lift/carry/push/pull objects up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
