We are seeking CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) lathes to produce precision metal components. Your expertise will ensure high-quality output, adherence to safety standards, and efficient production processes. Duties
• Operate CNC lathe equipment safely and efficiently, monitoring machine operation throughout production runs.
• Conduct routine inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery, troubleshoot issues promptly, and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed production logs, quality records, and shift reports to ensure traceability and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.

Skills
• 2 years of CNC operator experience a plus but not required
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other quality control tools effectively.
• Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings; solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment with a focus on machining.
