Duties/Responsibilities:

• The ability to read shop drawings.
• Experience on table saw and miter saw. Hand-held routers, etc.
• Knows dadoe method or dowel method of cabinet construction.
• Drawer building experience is a plus and working knowledge of the different types of drawer slides.
Quality check the cabinet before moving off assembly bench.
• Build laminate and solid surface countertops as per plans.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Completion of a training program or apprenticeship will be advantageous.
• Prior experience as a Cabinet Maker, any pictures of completed projects would be helpful.
• Good arithmetic skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Physical fitness, including ease of movement and the capacity to
lift up to 75 pounds.
• Current CDL (or the ability to obtain a CDL), DOT Physical and Drug test.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
