Southwestern Illinois College is accepting applications for the full-time administrative position of Coordinator of Nursing Success.

In accordance with the Mission and Values of Southwestern Illinois College, the Nursing Success Coordinator facilitates nursing students learning within the Nursing programs at Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC). This is accomplished by one-on-one time, group setting, review of classroom material. This position interacts with students, staff, administration, faculty and the general public-at-large. It also involves information of a confidential nature. This is a full-time, twelve-month administrative position, contingent upon external funding.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Associates in Nursing degree required.
  2. Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois required.
  3. Proficient with computers/technology.
  4. Two years of nursing experience required.
  5. Experience with student information systems to include PeopleSoft applications is preferred.
  6. Experience with Microsoft Word, Access and Excel required.
  7. Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire.

SALARY: Salary Grade 2 on the Administrative Pay Scale, ranging from $44,691 to $55,841 per year.
