Overview
Centurion is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Illinois Department of
Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking full-time/part-time/PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our teams across the state of Illinois!

Responsibilities
The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of
practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of
Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and
mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license or ability to obtain license
• Current CPR/BLS
• Corrections experience not required, but preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal
• background check

Available Shift

• Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available
