Position provides support to the manufacturing operations in a variety of tasks. Great benefits and production bonus plan as well!

Core Accountabilities

• Provide support to operations.
• Roll and straighten bars.
• Band and hook bars for movement through operation.
• Operation of a spotting tractor.
• Monitor production to ensure material sequence is kept and product is packaged properly and in correct quantities for shipment.
• Assists with other items as needed.

Competencies and Qualifications

• High school or equivalent degree (GED).
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and orders.
• Ability to use various tools, including but not limited to hand tools, bander, hook, etc.
• Working knowledge of various mill equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision.
• Ability to work safely.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment screenings.

Pay: Base pay @ $21.07/hour

• Production bonus (approx. an additional $3-$7/hour – averages around $4/hour)

• Total compensation (base + bonus + benefits) is approximately $34+/hour up to approximately $49+/hour
