Position Overview: Production Associate
Production Associates perform essential tasks that support the processing of products in the Integration Center. This includes testing, inspecting, basic assembly, per-integration, inventory management, and refurbishing when required. Associates are responsible for validating both the physical and system-based processing of materials and logging accurate quality records. This role reports to a Production Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products for accuracy, defects, and proper configuration
- Follow written instructions and technical documents to complete assigned tasks
- Troubleshoot basic issues to ensure proper product functionality
- Conduct quality checks on all assigned work
- Install or assemble hardware per customer requirements
- Audit equipment and accessories
- Package, label, and stage equipment according to customer specifications
- Update product locations and order status in internal systems
- Route and manage power cords to company standards (where applicable)
- Apply basic knowledge of AC/DC power (where applicable)
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong active listening and clear comprehension of verbal and written instructions
- High attention to accuracy and documentation detail
- Ability to interpret and assemble products using technical documentation
- Understanding of material ordering, shipping, and warehousing processes
- Effective time management and organization

- Reaching (30″–72″): Constant
- Lifting up to 50 lbs: Frequent; overhead lifting occasionally
- Fine motor coordination: Ranges from occasional to constant depending on task
- Climbing (>2 steps): Occasional
- Additional tasks require frequent twisting, turning, gripping, grasping, and pick-and-place work
Working Conditions
- Constant exposure to moving machinery
- Frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and electrical risk
- Occasional exposure to non-weather heat extremes
Level of Autonomy
Work is closely supervised and follows detailed, structured processes and instructions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: Estimated starting rate is $16.75/hour, with actual pay dependent on shift, location, experience, performance, certifications, and business needs.
- Variable incentive pay (bonuses/commissions) may apply depending on the position.
