CNC Foundations | Caseyville IL

The Shop Porter position is responsible for working in the shop supporting the technicians and maintaining the shop by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, clearing debris throughout, empty trash, and other tasks as needed. This position requires you to assist with special projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience working in a mechanic shop is a plus
Clean driving record
Desire to learn and expand responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Sweep, shovel, or vacuum loose debris or salvageable scrap into containers and remove from work areas
Takes direction from Lead Technician
Power wash incoming equipment
Responsible for following company safety rules
Reports any concerns to the Lead Technician
Keeps the shop floor and yard organized
Running parts and supplies for the shop
Move equipment to various areas in the shop and yard as needed/requested

Hours | 20-30 hours per week but flexible with class
Pay/Wages | $19-$20 per hour
