About our office: Our team mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Belleville, Il and help customers with their insurance and financial service’s needs, including Auto, Life, Home, Business Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads to generate new business opportunities
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships
- Use customer focused, needs-based review processes to educate customers about insurance options in a relatable and easy-to-understand manner
- Confident in working individually as well as with a team to set and meet sales and service goals
- Complete various sales and service-related tasks in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- Must complete state licensing requirements and training
- People oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, willingness to learn and easily adapt to change
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a quick moving environment
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to success
