2021 Graduate Speaker

Samuel R. Talley

Samuel R. Talley of Belleville will receive his Associate in Applied Science Degree in Construction Management Technology this evening. He is already putting his education to good use as the operations manager at Ramirez Diversified Services, a construction firm based in Belleville. His dream job is to own his own contracting firm someday.

Mr. Talley is a veteran, having served as a U.S. Army Airborne Ranger for three years. In addition to his busy career, he lends his time to the SWIC Construction Management Technology Advisory Board. Mr. Talley is the son of Jeff Talley of Shiloh and Rebecca Wollenberg of Belleville. He and his wife, Allison, who is a St. Louis Public School teacher, have been married for three years.
