Position 1: Cook
● To be a Culinary Craftsman: By preparing all menu items according to established standards and recipes, provide exceptional quality food that is attractively presented in a timely fashion.
● To take the Mess Out of Mess Hall: Ensure health protocols are always followed, including proper hygiene, sanitary food preparation, and proper food temperatures.
● To be a Culinary Connector: Familiarize yourself with the residents and their preferences and needs. Participate in resident orientations.
● You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
● You can read, write, understand and communicate in English with our residents!
● You will possess a current Food Handlers Card as specified per the Department of Health

Position 2: LPN (part-time)
● To be a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, this position is in charge of the building. Be active in the department, assisting and leading the Wellness team and other departments in ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care is provided.
● To be a Force on the Floor: A good leader sets a good example: Be available to help with call lights, requests for assistance from the team, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts the needs, great or small, of a resident first.
● To be a Diligent Documenter: Resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents should be completed accurately and efficiently, and filed correctly.
● To be a Compassionate Caregiver: Exemplify the core values at the heart of Arrow, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with the resident feeling safe and cared for.
● You must have current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within state of employment.
–Hours | Tuesday & Wednesday 7am – 7pm
–Pay/Wages | $30-$32
Position 3: LPN Memory Care Director
-Be a Conductor of Culture: Ensure Memory Care team members embrace responsibility of anticipating the needs of residents and maintaining a spirit of hospitality and professionalism in accordance with Arrow Senior Living core values.
-Be a Talent Trainer: Ensure adherence to community standards, policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when selecting, onboarding, and providing ongoing training for team members.
-Be a Program Pioneer: Implement and manage Memory Care programs and services to promote and maintain the highest practicable level of physical, social, and psychological wellbeing for residents living with dementia diagnoses.
-Be a Curator of Care: Assemble, catalogue, and manage the personalized care needs of memory care neighborhood residents as well as the requests and expectations of family members.
-Coordinate medication management.
-Chart resident notes appropriately.
-Perform resident assessments according to established protocol.
-You must have current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within state of employment.
-Hours | Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Manager on duty rotation
-Pay/Wages | $62,400-$70,000
