- 2012 – Current: Coach and Co-Director of H2 Sports Worldwide, H2 Illinois under Gateway USA Volleyball Nationwide Organization
- 2005 – 2011: Head Coach (4 years) and JV Coach (3 years), Alamogordo High School (Division 5A), Alamogordo New Mexico
- 1984 – 2007: Played and coached men and women Volleyball Air Force Sports Programs and USA Volleyball (USAV) Adult leagues in Nebraska and New Mexico
- 1996-1998 United States All European Armed Forces Volleyball Team (played)
- 1994-1999 Germany National League Volleyball Organization (played)
- USAV Coaching Accreditation Program I / II certified

- Volleyball has been a major part of my life playing, coaching and teaching…over 40 years
- Being in one of the toughest NJCAA Regions, it fortifies my drive of determination each year to be the best of me, so my team can be the best of themselves
Assistant Coach – Kelsey Cowan
Kelsey Cowan is entering her second season as SWIC Assistant Coach
- 2020 Steeleville High School Graduate, Steeleville, Illinois
- Athletics: Varsity Volleyball, Basketball and Softball all four years
- Participate of Gateway USA Volleyball organization for six seasons in various clubs
- 2020-2022: SWIC Volleyball Student-Athlete; played three seasons as Outside Hitter and Defensive Specialist
- 2021 – Current: Coaches under Gateway USA Volleyball organization affiliated with H2 Sports Worldwide, H2 Illinois. She has lead teams three years running as Head and Assistant Coach, participating with multiple teams each season.
- 2022 Graduate of SWIC; earned both an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science Degrees
- Currently attends Southern Illinois University Edwardsville majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Psychology
