Employee Voicemail to Email


    Voicemail to email feature

    Many employees have a voicemail to email feature for their SWIC issued voicemail account. To listen to your messages:

    1. Go to Outlook (on-campus) or outlook.office.com (off-campus).
    2. Look for messages from: voicemail@swic.edu.
    3. Double click on the attachment in the email (the .mp3 file) and your message will play through your computer.
    4. You may forward the voicemail/email to another employee if needed.

    Delete your voicemail

    Available on campus via Outlook or off-campus via a VPN connection

    1. With the message pulled up, click the Delete this message from my Voice Mailbox link:
    2. When prompted, enter your voicemail password and click Delete:
