Official Transcripts
Official transcript requests are processed online through National Student Clearinghouse. There is a $6.40 fee per transcript order. Your student ID number or Social Security number is required for ordering, along with your signature consent.
Note: Students with community service courses only (i.e., non-credit courses) cannot order via NSC and should contact Adult Education to retrieve those records.
Delivery Options
- Electronic (email)
- Standard Mail
- Pick-up (Belleville campus only)
Electronic orders are emailed securely via PDF, which offers the fastest turnaround time for transcript delivery. You can also have transcripts sent through the mail, and those orders are processed in 3-5 business days.
The hold-for-pickup option is currently available for the Belleville campus. An email notification is sent when the transcript has been processed and is ready for pick up at the Enrollment Services office (IS Building, Room 1115).
Note: Official transcripts will NOT be released to students who have a financial hold on their account. For any questions regarding your balance with the college, please contact Student Accounts at BusinessOffice@swic.edu.

In-Person Ordering
Transcripts may also be requested in person at the Enrollment Services office. In-person transcript orders will not be processed until a payment receipt is presented from the Business Office. Photo ID is also required.
If you choose to have your transcripts mailed, it is the student’s responsibility to verify and provide the correct address for the intended recipient. SWIC is not responsible for verifying destination address.
Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts are available for download via eSTORM. To retrieve an unofficial copy online, take the following steps:
- Log in to eSTORM
- Click on the ‘Academic Records’ tile
- Click on ‘View Unofficial Transcript’
- Select report type and hit Submit
A PDF will be generated (make sure your browser’s pop-up blocker is turned off, otherwise the PDF may not appear correctly).
If you need help with your eSTORM login credentials, please contact SWIC Technology Assistance.
Alumni and former students without access to the SWIC portal can request their unofficial transcript in person at the Enrollment Services office. A photo ID must be presented at the time of request.
