Registration

Before You Register

  1. If you do not have a SWIC student ID#, please fill out the New Student Information Form.
  2. New students must submit proof of residency to Enrollment Services.
  3. If returning to the college after an absence, please ensure you have access to your eSTORM account and SWIC student email (if you need login help, please contact Tech Assistance).

Registration Options

1. REGISTER ONLINE

Log into eSTORM and go to your Student Center portal to register for classes (online instructions).

Please note, new students may have an account hold that requires registration with an academic advisor.

2. REGISTER IN-PERSON

  • Walk-ins are accepted, but it is recommended to make an advising appointment to avoid wait times
  • Bring a photo ID (SWIC lanyard, Driver’s License or State ID is required)

High School Transcripts

It’s recommended for new students to have HS transcripts sent to SWIC before meeting with an advisor to register for classes. High School transcripts are accepted as ‘official’ if sent directly from the other school via Parchment or email. Emailed transcripts should be sent to enrollmentservices@swic.edu. Hand-delivered transcripts are accepted if in a sealed envelope from the HS.

Authorization to enroll in a class that has already begun

Once the first class session has begun and before the start of the second: Instructor (or Program Coordinator) authorization is required.

INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE

Current students can get their class schedules, view bills, make payments and register online through the Student Center in eSTORM.
