Individual Intake Appointments - Southwestern Illinois College

Students with Disabilities

If you are a new student or prospective student with a disability and want to learn about accommodations, the Disability & Access Center staff encourages you to make an appointment in our office. Students will need appropriate documentation of their disability to obtain accommodations. See Procedures for Requesting and Receiving Accommodations. In order to provide adequate time to obtain your documentation and arrange for accommodations, schedule your appointment four to six weeks prior to classes beginning in your first semester.
