STEM Scholars Program
A more than $600,000 National Science Foundation S-STEM grant will provide scholarships for SWIC students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics programs.
Scholarship will pay for tuition, fees, and living and transportation expenses. Fourteen to 24 scholarships will be awarded each year between 2016 and 2020 to students who:
qualify for financial aid
plan to study a STEM subject
intend to transfer to a four-year institution to earn a bachelor’s degree.
Students studying the STEM subjects of Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Earth Science, Engineering, Mathematics and Physics can apply for the SWIC STEM Scholars Program.
